Since we believe that a varied diet is essential for good health, SOL offers a large selection of quality meats from local producers. We believe that pasture-raised livestock, treated according to their needs and grazing in open fields such as the bison from La Ferme Takwânah, the boars from La sanglière de l’Outaouais or grain-fed like the poultry from Saveur des Monts, will provide incomparable meat.

We are proud to offer a large selection of meat from animals bred without antibiotics or growth hormones. We also offer pork, chicken and beef from the province of Quebec that are certified organic, as well as lamb, deer and caribou from sustainable farms. You will also find in store a variety of game birds such as quail and guinea fowl.

We also carry an amazing selection of cold cuts, meat pies, pâtés and other meat dishes. Organic when possible, nitrite, gluten, hormone and antibiotic free, these delicious products are just what you need to make your next dinner party the talk of the town.

Fish and Seafood

To the fish and seafood amateur, we offer products that are immediately vacuum frozen at the point of harvesting. This technique eliminates the need for health hazardous harmful preservatives. Our products come from independent Canadian fishermen and from European organic fish farms, who pride themselves on the freshness and quality of their products and who support sustainable development and environmental protection.
